What is the size limit for storing boats in The Drystack at Trafalgar Wharf?
The drystack system can store boats from 4 metres up to 13 metres in length and weighing up to 10 tonnes.

How do I organise for my boat to be launched from The Drystack?
We run the drystack system as a launch on demand service.  Simply call up at least an hour before wanting to use your boat and when you arrive your boat will be waiting on the pontoons for you. 

Do you have Full Tidal Access?

The Drystack at Trafalgar Wharf now has DEEP WATER access at ALL TIMES OF THE TIDE. “This is the first time in its long and illustrious history that the Trafalgar Wharf yard has had this access, and more remarkable that its only 5 MINUTUES from the M27 and A3.”

What are the opening and launching hours?
Access will be 24 hours a day, with launching and lifting taking place between 0900 – 1700.  If you would like to use your boat outside the launching hours just let us know before 1600 and we will have it in the water waiting for you.  If you return after launching has finished just leave your boat on the pontoon and we will lift it out the next day.

Can I store my boat for just the summer or just the winter?
Yes we offer annual and monthly rates for The Drystack.   Please contact The Drystack Office for a quote.

What happens if I need to carry out some maintenance work on my boat?
In the same manner that you would call us to launch the boat, call us ahead of time to arrange for it to be lifted down from the racks for you to work on (subject to cradle availability). Please note that for security reasons you will only have access to the boat during The Drystack  opening hours of 0900 – 1700 hours.

How many launches do I get included?
The rate includes as many launches and retrievals as you want during the period of your contract.

Is my boat safe?
Yes, the boats are in a secure and monitored site and are lifted down from the rack by a specialist marine forklift by highly trained marine engineers.

Parking
There is ample parking close to the pontoons.
