I would like to thank the entire Drystack team for another years excellent service.  Matt, Steve and Rob are always there for me and Sea Pearl, but the attitude extends through the entire team and I can’t think of a time when I have been greeted with anything less than a smile and a hello from any of the Drystack team. We all have bad days but they never show it to me.

I can rest easy that Sea pearl is in safe hands and if the TW team can find a way to say yes they will.

Just a quick note to say thank you to the team for the lift out/in of my old/new boat a couple of weeks ago.  The price was great and the service was impeccable, I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner, was
offered a coffee while I watched my boat being lifted out and the whole experience was effortless and smooth.  This was the first time I have seen Trafalgar Wharf, I was so impressed with the quality of the site, the facilities and equipment.

So why couldn’t we do this 20 years ago?! I have used marinas for most of that time, lifting out for the annual scrub and anodes, wondering just how soggy the GRP really is….and then I found Trafalgar Drystack. The sums make you grin – virtually half the marina price, unlimited lifts onto the water or a service rack, no anti fouling, no anode wear and when you arrive ‘she’ is waiting for you! Result! Luke and the team are really friendly and approachable, while watching your pride and joy float through the air on two prongs is just plain weird! The yard is spotless, great tea shack, and great to sit watching the ‘dance of the forklifts’ at the day’s end. If you can’t stay to see ‘her’ stored away (or be there when she’s launched) they send you a text to confirm she is safely tucked up in bed, dry, locked and frost free. Efficient, confident, secure, fun – and so cool!

The Drystack is the perfect place to keep our boat. We go out whenever we want but when we don't she stays indoors. The boat is away from the sunshine, no seagulls, no weedy bottom, no deterioration, and no need for the chore of the annual anti fouling.  She is safe and secure and away from the storms. I just give them a call and arrive to find my boat in the water, ready to go. When I come back I step ashore and they do all the rest - how good is that? They are a friendly, helpful lot and I am very happy to have the Drystack team look after my boat.

I have been power boating on the south coast for several years using various wet marinas. In February 2012, I purchased a 2004 Jeanneau Merry Fisher 695 and decided to keep it at The dry stack Trafalgar Wharf. This has been the perfect way to work on  the boat as it needed some tidying up and the maintenance cradles mean we are not paying for lift outs. The convenience of launch and recovery has meant we are very quickly out on the water and can just leave the boat on our return to be replaced in the stack. The boat stays clean and there is no anode or antifoul wear to worry about. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the onsite facilities are always clean and tidy.

I just wanted to let you know that Flipper and his colleague were fant astic on Sunday when I launched my RIB for the first time. Flipper was incredibly helpful, gave us a good induction briefing and made us all coffee which was really nice of him. He also helped me sort out a few things on the boat as first time out there were a couple of things I was unsure of, but he made us all feel at ease and very confident with the way he helped us with practical assistance and tip's/advice.

Flipper's colleague was great at helping us board, and tie up upon return, and the pair of them are a real credit to The Dry Stack!

My two mates were blown away by the Drystack!

Just to thank the team for a great attitude and service from them all, at no time since moving the boat to Trafalgar Wharf have I ever been greeted with anything other than a smile and “what do you need”. I came over this morning as the boat was outside on a working platform waiting for an engineer to find her safe and dry inside. Luke made the call yesterday based on the forecast to put her inside and text me to let me know, although the phone he text is sitting in the mud under your waiting pontoons, how would he know that! What a great service, thanks in particular to Luke and Flipper.
